You will need:
- Cider (apple but pear would also work)
- Sparkling wine of your choice!
- Combine 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of cinnamon on a small plate
- Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Fill flutes with 1/4 apple cider & top with sparkling wine of your choice
- Serve with apple & maple pancakes or french toast.
