It can be served shaken with ice (on the rocks), blended with ice (frozen margarita), or without ice (straight up) and it is traditionally served in a margarita glass – your classic cocktail glass or champagne coupe (although it has become acceptable to serve a margarita in wine, tumbler or pint glasses).   • 50ml El Jimador Blanco
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup


  1. Salt half the rim of your glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake.
  4. Double strain into martini glass or an ice filled Rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with kaffir lime leaf.
