All the best bits of a margarita + some pink lemonade to top it off, your next taco night just got way cooler.

You will need:

• Lemon wedge to rim the glass
• Coarse salt
• 3 parts tequila
• 2 parts triple sec or Cointreau
• 1 part fresh lemon juice
• Ice 
• Pink Lemonade
• Lemon & mint garnish 

To make:

1. Rub the lemon wedge around the glass & dip rim into salt
2. Add ice, lemon juice, triple sec & tequila to a shaker and shake.
3. Strain into salt rimmed glass & top with chilled pink lemonade 
4. Garnish with mint & lemon
