This is a recipe to get your mouth watering! Bacon, whisky and maple syrup.

You will need:

  • 175g bacon
  • 350ml Canadian maple syrup
  • 40ml Teeling Whiskey.

To make:

  • Cook 175g bacon to a crisp.
  • Crumble into small bits and add to a saucepan with 350ml Canadian maple syrup and 40ml Teeling Whiskey.
  • Stir on a low heat and bring to a simmer.
  • Then drizzle the syrup all over pancakes
